“Really detailed and clear but for a position such as this I would prefer to have a pdf copy of the slides or information to save on completion of the course. I wouldn't want it prior to the assessment as I would like to accurately assess my knowledge but as an extra after printing the certificate it would be very useful. It could then be referred to when I am in role and need to double check something quickly etc. I also feel that the questions could and should be tougher. The examples where one has to assess a case study could be used, this would make it more realistic to the position and instil greater confidence when moving into the role as a DSO.”

Hi Kirsty! Thank you so much for your review and feedback! We really appreciate it! Unfortunately the course is unavailable for download or print as all the learning is completed online. Our courses are continually updated due to changing legislation and regulations so any paper copies could become inaccurate or outdated. However, even after you have completed the course and passed the test, you can log back in and refresh on any of the learning modules as many times as you like. Just click on the "Review course" button on the end of the completed module and select previous until you get to the page you want to be at.
