“On one of the questions in the assessment I clicked on an answer and it incorrectly recognised that I had clicked on a different answer. It was Question 7. I clicked on the answer 'be calm and relaxed' and the digital assessor responded that I had incorrectly clicked on 'keep secrets' as my answer. There is obviouisly some sort of glitch so it may be worth checking this out. I photographed the moment it happened for reference as you can see my answer highlighted in red which contradicts the pop up box message telling me that I had answered with an alternative answer.”

Hi Rob, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review and feedback. I have been in touch with our content team and they have had a look into this. They have come back to confirm that the question asks 'What should you NOT do?' - the answer is that you should not keep secrets, so all the feedback says 'incorrect - you should not keep secrets'.
