“I feel more video clips would be beneficial. Then highlight key points, especially when it comes to the answers I was having to go through a lot of notes and some of the questions were for things that wasn’t fully focused on.”

Hi Sheila, thank you for your review and feedback! It's great to hear you enjoyed the course! The reason why it contains some information that is also covered in a Level 1 course is because in terms of Safeguarding there are certain things that need to be known regardless of what level course you take. Not everyone who takes a Level 3 course has done our Level 1 course so we do aim to make sure that all relevant and standard legislation in regards to safeguarding is covered no matter what level the course is.
