“Thank you for producing this training. It is highly frustrating that online training such as this is designed to be read aloud in such a way that different reading and comprehension speeds are not taken into account. This training could have been delivered as a single pdf with an assessment.”

I am sure you can appreciate the responsibility we have as a training provider to ensure our users are taking the time to read and understand the information in front of them. I do however appreciate some people absorb information faster than others! There is a settings button within our courses and it does allow you to select your course speed to suit your preference, you also have the option to turn off the voice over if you don't like this feature. “Really accessible and well set out. I really appreciate the fact you can go in and out of the course especially with having 2 young children I found this very useful. All information was clearly set out and very useful.”
