“I thought this was great, very informative and clear. My only suggestion would be re the format - when you hit 'back' you have to listen to the whole script again, even if you want to check something at the end.”

“The course is well structured and resourced. However, there should be an opportunity to retake the assessment in case of an error in submitting an answer. I got the very last question wrong due to an accidental click and could not retake or amend the answer. Perhaps allowing 1 new attempt at an answer on 1 occasion? This was really frustrating for me as I know I was able to get 100%”
