“A thorough course covering all the necessary topics needing to be outlined. I really appreciated the direct links to further reading as well as the proformas for reporting incidents etc. It is helpful to have a guide to work from that you know has been overlooked by a professional body. I like how you can choose to have the details of the pages read aloud if you wish and that you can flip back through the pages if needed. Will definately use this foru again for trainng. Thank you.”
