“Good relevant information, however the tone of the voiceover was monotonous and therefore not engaging. It would have been positive to have had either a change of voice or used some video clips.”

I am sorry to hear you found the voiceover to be monotonous, there is an option to turn the voiceover off completely within the settings if this is something you would prefer. “The course material was clear and concise. The questions were well presented. The course was quite expensive considering it was online and you could download your certificate yourself costing High Speed Training nothing. However being able to complete the course at your own pace was very advantageous as due to family and work commitments it is difficult for me to attend face to face courses to fit in with daily routines. Would use again but please reconsider the cost of the Designated Safeguarding Lead Level 3. I am on a low income as I am sure are other people and this was quite a chunk of money to find.”
