“I thought it was very good, as I have said before, it was well presented with good examples and case studies. The course flowed well and each section was explained with useful tasks to complete along the way. The information was up to date, although KCSIE state that DSLs need training 'at least' every 2 years and not annually, but ensure their knowledge is reviewed annually. I'm sure if someone new to the role would feel completely confident with this kind of training, but it's great as a refresher.”
