“On one of the questions in the assessment I clicked on an answer and it incorrectly recognised that I had clicked on a different answer. It was Question 7. I clicked on the answer 'be calm and relaxed' and the digital assessor responded that I had incorrectly clicked on 'keep secrets' as my answer. There is obviouisly some sort of glitch so it may be worth checking this out. I photographed the moment it happened for reference as you can see my answer highlighted in red which contradicts the pop up box message telling me that I had answered with an alternative answer.”

Hi Rob, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review and feedback. I have been in touch with our content team and they have had a look into this. They have come back to confirm that the question asks 'What should you NOT do?' - the answer is that you should not keep secrets, so all the feedback says 'incorrect - you should not keep secrets'. “The training was very clear and appropriate to my needs as a safeguarding lead. Completing training online means that there are no time constraints, there is the option to review the material and to complete each section when it is convenient. Completing the training alone also meant that I was able to focus on areas where I needed to extend my knowledge. The links to further information were also very useful. I would prefer this type of training in future.”
