“it was clear and thorough. I like the fact that key points are reiterated throughout each session. It was also great to be able to do this training online as it enabled me to identify times when I was most able to concentrate and focus rather than attempting to attend a dedicated one or two day course. I learn better if I can learn in bit size chunks and then go away and inwardly digest”
