“I felt that there needed to be more variety. You included audio, and slides only, perhaps you could further develop this by: - Role Play videos with actors - Varying the audio voices - Including audio clips of actors as teachers/examples etc. I also felt that there wasn't enough help on actual policy and procedure. A great deal of information telling us what we need to do, but not very much information helping us with how to do it effectively.”
