“am not impressed that you say there are no requirements for social distancing or face marks etc etc and then the questions are all about using all the methods whilst in a lockdown. How can you answer things when there are two different choices.”

Hello Ian, thank you for leaving us a review! The course talks about how these are requirements that are no longer legally enforced by the government, but that it remains as recommended guidance. However, it's up to the employer to determine what measures are put in place at their workplace to continue managing the risk from COVID-19 - this may include continuing to encourage social distancing and the use of face masks in enclosed spaces, for example. In regards to the assessment questions, many of these controls (such as handwashing, social distancing, one way systems, etc) are still being implemented by many businesses and so these questions aren't specific to lockdowns. Some questions are on PPE use which is strongly recommended when cleaning after a COVID case or giving first aid.
