Hello Dom, Thank you for your review! As an online training provider we do have to ensure our training meets the needs of everyone, some people prefer to read however for some people a voiceover is useful function. Please do keep in mind that within the course settings you can turn the volume off. Unfortunately, the course material is unavailable to print because each course is 100% online and interactive with moving images. Also, it contains confirmation exercises along the way that are designed to ensure that candidates have understood the information they learn as they progress through the course. Even after you have completed the course and passed the test, your login details will remain valid for 12 months so you can login again in the future if you need to refer back to the course material. To do this, simply log back in and click "Previous" in the modules until you've reached the pages that you want to review. At the end of each module there is a Module Summary, which you could always note down to help you in the future. “The course assumes everyone who is taking it has zero common sense. It spends far too much time explaining the obvious. Two hours is far too long”
