“Informative and challenging. I consider myself experienced in the food industry but learnt quite a bit. Timed display could be a bit quicker though.”

“It was only a 4 hour course if you don't take notes- it took me 6 (i took a lot of notes as I wanted to pass first time). Level 3 next!”
