“Negative: (1) The content is in extremely small text. It is hard to read with ease and must be addressed as soon as possible please. (2) HACCP steps got a bit too confusing - please look at simplifying it through the use of a mind map perhaps? Positive: Downloadable templates will help the trained individual to apply learning at the work place, thanks”
