“Recently left a role within food distribution warehousing, and have completed HACCP training with them and previously. Found this course to be more in-depth. Completed the course in 2 sittings, over 2 days, and could not clearly remember some details of first sections, so would recommend learners to allocate sufficient time to complete, or assessment to be split.”
