“This course was an excellent way to rapidly review existing knowledge, gain certification and get up to date information on current UK wide legislation and specific regional legislation ( in my case moving from Canada back home to Scotland, and being able to see similarities and differences in legislation and policy and procedure.) My next stop is the Allergens certification. I have been out the country long enough to need significant updates, such as Natasha's Law and really appreciate the additional and supplementary materials provided during each module. The modules are thorough, clear and concise. I am very satisfied with my training and certification so far. THANK YOU!”
