“Im a dyslexic chef that has been doing this job to a high standard for over 36 years. after completing this course which has taken up most of a precious day off I would actually want to retire from the trade than have to perform this again. you pose questions designed to trip people up and after 6 hours of this pointless brain numbing anyone can make mistakes let alone a dyslexic person. It's obvious to a professional that this course was created by someone with no real world experience in the trade.”
