“Great course and very thorough! I'm of two minds on the voiceover as in one regard it makes you slow down the learning to retain but on the other hand with long slides if you lose your place it gets confusing. I also think it's worth mentioning using nitrates in food preservation comes with high cancer risks. Very helpful course to learn about ways to safeguard your business and its customers!”
