“As a non native English speaker the course is reasonably good on what is a fairly dry subject, but the final exam questions seemed to be more a trial of understanding of English and bureaucratic laws than actually testing the candidates understanding of food hygiene - knowing the EU policy number is not going to make my food safer!”
