“As I have worked as a chef for many years & completed food safety courses regularly, I feel these courses can be long winded & a quicker review type would be good to keep people updated to food safety requirements, for example being able to skip through parts that we already have a clear understanding of.”

The course can be spread out over several sessions, and doesn’t have to be completed in one go which may help in terms of the length of the course!
