“The website is very easy to use The course is very straight forward, easy to listen to and easy to read. The information provided is complete and there are many other links that are very helpful for a full understanding of Safe Food production and handling. I would like to see more questions at the end of the course that will cover the viruses, toxins and the most dangerous illnesses caused by poor food handling and management. I would also like to specify that i needed support through the phone when i got access to the course and it was friendly, quick and very helpful. thank you very much”
