“The level 3 Supervising and Food Safety Management in Catering was very well set out. This was ideal for me to do as a course as I could stop and start to suit me with my Family and work commitments. I worked at my own pace, made notes a long the way and I could also go back to a module if I needed to refresh a topic.”
