“Generally very positive. There were a few illustrations which were contrary to the guidance [chefs wearing watches/rings - a chef about to taste a soup from a ladle] and one bit of data which I suspected was wrong [that supervisors should look for evidence of pest control - no, for evidence of infestation, IMO]. I am not clear whether Brexit will have impacted any of the materials, but I guess, until we know for sure, you can't really tell.”

They have confirmed that Brexit hasn't had any impact on Food Hygiene laws, but they are in the middle of updating the course at the moment so they take the feedback on board and keep it in mind as they are making updated.
