“Very in-depth training course with easy to read and understand material and flow of information. Examples of risk assessments, logs and records were very helpful, as well as the various links to resources. Course ensured i, as a candidate, have sufficient knowledge to be able to carryout my role in Catering, put into practice and build on what i have learned in this course. Great course for persons with no prior knowledge, or to build on level 1 and 2. Would highly recommend!”
