“Overall this is a comprehensive course and I found it to be very informative. I would have preferred more real life scenarios in the ongoing quiz questions. I also feel there should be more real life examples in the HACCP module to make it relatable to different types of cateriing businesses. The downloadable posters and information will be useful.”
