Hi Harry, thank you for your review and feedback! Our pass rate for each course varies on the responsibility a learner will have with the information they are provided with. With a course such as the COVID-19 Essentials: Infection Prevention and COSHH For Cleaning, we have a responsibility to ensure that the learner is able to comply with advice published by Public Health England, the NHS, and the Department of Health and Social Care as well as ensuring they are complying with current workplace-specific guidance on working safely during COVID-19, as released by the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy. You do have the option to retake the assessment straight away and as many times as you like if you don’t pass on your first attempt and this is at no extra cost.
