“The slides sometimes felt like they were progressing quite slowly before you could move on and then if you ever went back a slide to check something you had to wait for the text to appear in sections again. I was also slightly confused by the food product recall procedure download. My interpretation from it was that understanding the cause of the hazard was an earlier priority than stopping production and initiating a recall which seemed wrong to me.”
