“Easy to follow, clear. Well presented, easy to use menus. However, the codex decision tree used in the training is incorrect. Q3 and Q4 are both the same. This is misleading.”

“The training was easy to follow and the site is very user friendly, although, on Step 7 - Determining CCPs - I believe your example of the decision tree is wrong. Question 3 and 4 have been duplicated and I think that question 4 should be something along the lines of "Will a subsequent process step eliminate or reduce the hazard to an acceptable level?"”
