“I found the course easy to follow with all the sections broken down in to bite sized chunks of information. I found 4 of the assessment questions seemed to have ambiguous answers and would be happy to expand on this further if it is of interest. In at least one of the photos the person serving food is wearing makeup including false eyelashes (possibly) and is not wearing hair correctly. Is that appropriate in a course which is about the details of HACCP?”
