“The Level 2 HACCP Course has given me an in-depth understanding of what is required in order to have a food management system put in place for my small cake/cake decorating business and to ensure compliance is met with the food hygiene law and that my food handled is safe for my customers to eat. The short exercises in each topic reiterated the learning. Highly recommended for those in catering and retail.”
