“I like the content on the different models of mental health - very interesting - and all the links to organisations that can help - very helpful and practical. I think it is right to focus on stress, depression and anxiety, but I am not sure about bipolar disorder. I think the parts about contacting your GP, calling an ambulance or going to A&E present a rosy picture of how easy it is to get help. I think it would be helpful to paint a more realistic picture of how hard it can be to access help and what vulnerable people can do to try to cope if they find themselves unable to get professional help.”

“The course was helpful with my understanding of my mental health and treatments. It was less helpful with how to support others. There was too much unexplained jargon, particularly towards the start of the course.”
