I found this course really beneficial. The platform was user friendly and the learning was broken down into understandable and manageable chunks. It provided opportunities to reflect and test throughout.

It would be useful to have a list of all of the recommended links separately at the end so that it is possible to refer to the resources in the future.

Very uninformative and very preachy about how people simultaneously can help with mental health issues but also you cant possibly understand what someone goes through. The advise given is based almost entirely around talking therapy and not things people can do. No advise for working with people with actual mental health conditions such as bipolar disorder, severe depression etc. Very little elaboration as to what workplaces are obliged to help you with if you suffer mental health issues. Implies people are made of glass and that having a healthy happy workplace environment wherein people can chat and have fun is impossible because you dont want to accidentally say anything potentially triggering to someone. Finally, read the references you use.
