“whilst the course was informative and well thought out. I feel whilst it was right to have a section on mens mental health their should also be a section around peri/menopause and female mental health. it is becoming more recognised that one of the biggest factors around female mental heath in women over 40 are hormonal changes and are often being misdiagnosed as having depression rather. this is definitely something that needs to be made aware of.”
