“As someone who has suffered clever and devious bullying in the workplace and as someone who takes work very seriously, as a manager it has given me lots of valuable information (which I wish I'd had when I was dealing with my issue). It has also given me confidence to approach my mangers if I feel I may be having any concerns.”
