“Super basic, would be good for people who have no experience of this. Good reminder rather than learning for me. Key for senior leaders to be setting examples and treating staff well, so hard to implement as a middle manager without organisational culture. Would be good to have section on how to respond to decreased emotional regulation/ mood or someone who has 'shutdown' etc.”
