Easy to understand. I think more information on the effects of tobacco and support for quitting should be included. Nicotine has an adverse effect on many medications, therefor reducing their effects. Smoking causes many other illness, which will negatively effect their wellbeing and mental health. Nicotine also has many other negative effects on mood, health and motivations which can, in turn, effect someone's anxiety, mood swings, depression and can lead to other addictive behaviors or addictions. Nicotine does not help to relieve stress despite the short term effect.
