“mental health is a mind field of a subject and should be addressed by all people . this course is a short introduction to mental health and is an ok tool for people to slightly better understand mental health but it should be stressed that further education should be undertaken in order to become a competent mental health manager - this course is more of a taster session but it does give some good links to further develop mental health understanding and well being”
