“I really enjoyed the course. It was incredibly detailed and you could approach topics at your own pace. There were downloads throughout the course such as document templates and posters. The clear references to food law throughout were really helpful as well as the links to further reading. A great course which will help underpin writing of our internal procedures and staff training materials.”
