FAR TOO LONG

Hello Steve, thank you for your review and your feedback, we really appreciate it! I’m sorry to hear that you felt the course was too long. Our courses are quite in depth to cover necessary topics in order to ensure that the learner has met the required knowledge. The course can be spread out over several sessions, and doesn’t have to be completed in one go which may help in terms of the length of the course! If you need anything else, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. All the best! Chloe (Customer Support, High Speed Training)

Some of the assessment question are mis leading. For example. How to minimise bacteria growth. you had 2 options that were the correct answer. 1 - keep food below 5°c & keep foods below 5°c and 63°c Both are correct but the one I chose said it was incorrect. Just a little mis leading

Hello Jordan, Thank you for your review and feedback we really appreciate it. I have had a chat with our content team and they can see how that answer option can cause confusion. They have changed the answer options. They will also bear the feedback in mind when we update the course to review the assessment. Thank you again for contacting us. Congratulations on completing your course! If you need anything in the future at all, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. All the best, Nicola (Customer Support, High Speed Training)
