“The course covers important safety principles and reinforces core behaviours such as reporting hazards and following procedures. However, several scenarios felt overly simplified or ambiguous, which at times reduced credibility. Some questions assumed ideal system conditions (e.g., reporting mechanisms being immediately accessible) without acknowledging realistic operational constraints. This can create confusion for employees who think critically about practical implementation. Greater clarity in wording and more realistic scenario framing would strengthen the learning experience and improve engagement. Safety training is most effective when it reflects real-world complexity while still reinforcing core principles. Overall, the intent of the course is good, but there is room to improve clarity and realism.”
