The course itself was fine but the assessment - some questions and choice of answers are confusing. For example, fire safety question asked what 'ignition' but the information in the training was fuel and source/heat with oxygen. So I didn't know how to interpret 'ignition' and got the answer wrong. Another question about fire evacuation route gave 4 answers doors must open in direction of escape there must be lots of extinguishers on the way they must not feature stairs doors must open towards people I eliminated both the doors answers as doors must be easy to exit whatever way they open. Stairs must be used instead of lifts. So I was left with fire extinguishers. Which was incorrect. There were couple of others but I can't remember what they were and didn't take screenshots.
