“I wanted to share some feedback about the assignment submission process. I made a mistake in one of the questions, but the system wouldn’t let me correct it or resubmit. Since the goal of the course is learning, it would be helpful if students had the option to fix minor errors instead of being locked out after one attempt. This would make the experience feel more supportive and less punitive.”

Hi Rita, thank you for your review and feedback, we really appreciate it! If learners get a question incorrect on an assessment, we do encourage them to go back through the modules and revisit the topics. You can also take the end assessment as many times as you like at no extra cost. I will definitely pass this feedback on though to see if it is something we can look at for the future.
