The Health & Safety For Employees course is a very in-depth course and covers a lot of necessary topics to ensure that the learner can recognise emergency situations, treat conditions and reactions and ensure that they can take appropriate action at the time of an incident. The course can be spread out over several sessions, and doesn’t have to be completed in one go which may help in terms of the length of the course! “The pace of the training needs to be quicker. Even on the fastest setting, the speed at which the information became available was excessively slow. A lot of the information wasn't relevant to the work that SWAN does - working from height, excessive noise, vehicle safety, etc. - and was, therefore, a waste of time. The information does not fill the whole screen, making it very small and difficult to read.”
