“one of your exercise questions does not correspond to your training notes. it asks what hazard working with noisy equipment constitutes. Your notes clearly state it is an ENVIRONOMENTAL hazard, but then marks this as Incorrect. It only accepts Occupational hazard as the correct answer which contradicts your training. Please can this be looked at.”
