“Although the content was extensive it doesn't lend itself to learning, only memorising what is needed to get through the assessment. It is also difficult to know what to make a note of as not everything can be captured, learned and recalled easily. A workbook would have been useful to go along with this. It's hit and miss as to what I remembered and isn't really a test of my knowledge but short term memory and attention! In the assessment it would have been useful to have been told what the right answer was to the wrong ones, or even better to be able to try again as this will more easily embed the correct answer. I honestly don't think I am much wiser to implement H&S practices in my daily work as most of this will be forgotten by next week.”

In regards to the workbook, we don't provide any downloadable or printable versions of the courses as they are updated regularly so we wouldn't want anyone to be reading over any outdated information/regulations. You are however able to log back into you account at any time to review all of the course content. “Good general coverage. Presentation good but I would have liked an option to display the whole page at once -- the fast presentation rate is much slower than my reading speed and hampers my ability to devote more attention to that material which is new to me.”
