“Catering Assistants very seldom use pneumatic drills whilst working up ladders. A large percentage of the content of this course was totally irrelevant to both my job and my place of work.”

“Generally a well designed course broken into manageable chunks. It would be helpful for reviewing the course material later if it was possible to 'fast forward' through sections which had been completed in order to find relevant information. There were one or two items where you had provided a single option but, in practice there is more than one, for example, floor mats can be a trip hazard as well as a slip hazard, and most providers say that powder extinguishers can be used on electrical fires as well as CO2 ones.”
