“This level of course was essential for my management position but not so relevant for the heritage sector I am in (i.e. heavy machinery and unloading lorries was not relevant). It would be good to have a course tailored for the heritage sector.”

“The layout is clean and easy to understand and well presented. I do think some animations or video should be used for the how lift examples.”

“Very good course, a mine of useful information. The only criticism I have is that it lacks any sort of transcript or pdf manual containing the slides or information. This makes it impractical to refer back to when putting the information into practice. Had a pdf with the information been included I would have easily given 5 stars.”
