“This course is very intensive and gives a lot of information, so I would have benefitted from key information to keep after the course. Can you send them to me? I really appreciated the extra links that are downloadable and posters that I can use in my job. Just one recommendation- it would be good to have more case studies and videos that keep the focus of the learner. It was hard to focus on listening to the person speaking as there was lots of information to digest. Thank you for a very valuable course!”
