“I work in health and social care so ideally I would have liked it to be based on that sector, but that's something I need to look at with my employer. I'm glad I've completed it now, but it would might be good for you to develop a course based on health and social care alone. For my learning style, I feel I could have done better if there was a test at the end of each video rather than the end of the course. I struggle to take in large amounts of information and a further struggle is to retain it until I take the test at the end, especially as a lot of it isn't based on the sector I work in.”
