I do however appreciate some people absorb information faster than others! “I'm usually very sceptical of "On Line" training and believe that face to face sessions are better because of the opportunity for interaction with other delegates and the instructor. However, I can honestly say that I have been very impressed with the standard of my on line course from HST and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. My only observation is that I found a the wording of a few questions ambiguous, that said I would still rate it at 9.5/10, certainly my best on line training experience.”
